Returns & Replacements
If you need to return something you have bought from VETFLEECE, please contact us on sales@vetfleece.co.uk, our staff will then provide you with a Returns Note for your order, along with instructions for returning the item(s) to us.
Please note: Returning goods without a returns note may result in delays or claims failure. Below you will find details of reasons for and exclusions relating to Returns: Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect.

Goods:
If, upon receipt, you find that the items have been damaged in transit, are faulty in some way or have been incorrectly supplied, please contact us right away. We will accept the item(s) back and send a replacement and refund reasonable return costs. We will not issue a credit for damaged or faulty goods.

Items not required or ordered in error:
We will accept returns for items that you assess as unsuitable, no longer required or have been ordered in error, proving that they are returned in the original unused condition. In these circumstances, you are liable for return carriage charges. The risk in the goods remains with you from delivery to receipt by us, only in exceptional circumstances will we arrange collection, you will still be liable for the return carriage even if we arrange the collection.

Refunds:
Subject to the above, we will issue a credit note or refund the amount paid within 28 days of receipt of the items detailed on your notification of Return / Order Cancellation. Refunds will be made by the same method as payment.

Exemptions:
There are exceptions to the standard Returns / Refunds policies, with certain items being excluded as follows:
- Products made or customised specifically for you.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
